The location of my loft doesn't get much better - located right next to 16th Street (shopping mall), next two plenty of restaurants, public transport, and Colorado Convention Center. The apartment is spacious (approx 1350 sqft) and has very high ceilings and windows. The apartment is perfect for business people or couples who like to live centrally in Denver. Highlights: Steam room, Tempurpedic kingsize mattress, 2 office spaces.

UPDATE APRIL 2023 - I just finished updating my apartment: new quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, improved lighting, refinished the hardwood floor (looks like new), painted living room and bathroom, installed a professional waterdrop reverse osmosis filter under the kitchen sink and much more. Bedroom: open design (not completely isolated) that allows getting some light in. If you are sensitive to any light, I would recommend a sleeping mask. Super comfortable kingsize tempurpedic mattress. TV with Apple TV/Netflix. Livingroom: big open space with plenty of sunlight. You will find a guest queen bed in the living room in case you need more than just the king bed. Sofa and TV area (with access to Apple TV, Netflix etc). Kitchen: Chef's kitchen with new quartz countertops provides everything you need to prepare meals including a professional coffee machine, integrated reverse osmosis water filter, microwave/oven, spices, and many more items.
Other Details to Note
My apartment is my primary home and you will find personal belongings in my apartment. Even though most closets are tagged, it doesn't mean it's for consumption. Feel free to use coffee, spices, kitchen utilities, and the products I provide for you in the shower. You will also find some free space in some kitchen closets/drawers to use during your stay. Please stay away from expensive items, my own cosmetic products, liquor, and wine. I had some unfortunate experiences with guests who consumed my private liquor and wine. I will try to install some locks to store them safely in the future, but for now, I depend on your honesty.
